Gary came to take a look at our washer because we had a washing machine that left a puddle of water after a cycle. My wife is super handy and turns out the night before fixed the problem but we heard a new noise after a short test cycle. Gary came over and was here less than 30 minutes, and shared we had already fixed it. I was prepared to pay for his time but he wouldn’t accept payment because we technically had already fixed it.
